Macau Ministry of Culture Community Art Projects Funding and Selection Process 2017

During the jury selection, each application is reviewed in consideration of the content development, creativity, community uniqueness, budget rationality, capacity of the applicant, manageability and sustainability. After the first round review, shortlisted applications will be called for an interview before the final decision is delivered. In 2018, there were eight projects that received funding from the Ministry of Culture Macau.

The juries members were Grace Cheng, the director of Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong and Community Art Network, experienced curator and professor of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Ho Hing Kay, community theatre trainer with TransAsia Sister Theatre and Shi Gang Mama Theatre Li Xiu Xun and local artist Gu Yin Yuan and artistic director from Lostgens’ Yeoh Lian Heng.
