Underflow intends to uncover the historical development and cultural relationship that have long been covered by political borders between Malaysia and Taiwan.

On the 10th anniversary of Mr. Sim Mow Yu’s passing, a special exhibition and a variety of educational activities were held for people of all ages. Series activities include forums, lectures, sharing sessions on experiences and ideas, guided tours, hands-on activities etc.
