“AIR3331 – An Alternative Tokyo” is an artist in residence project which invites artists from various regions of Asia to develop a research project focused upon the local community of Kanda. Here artists from Taiwan, Vietnam, Myanmar and Malaysia come together to connect with Tokyo, and in a process of mutual stimulation they examine the city from their unique perspective and exchange their future visions of Asia.
